James K. Rodriguez, Chief Executive Officer, was appointed CEO of Physicians Integrated Medical Group in August 1999. Before joining PIMG, Mr. Rodriguez served in a number of capacities over two decades as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Operations in such diverse activities as developing and managing medical groups, regional independent physician associations and large integrated healthcare systems in California and throughout the Southwest. Mr. Rodriguez has experience in three primary facets of managed health care: an HMO, a healthcare system with its own HMO, and a fully integrated medical group with its own hospital and ownership in an HMO. Mr. Rodriguez earned an MBA and a BS in Public Administration from University of Arizona.

Dale Tipton, M.D., Chairman, was elected to the Board of Directors in 2000 and was named Chairman of the Board for the group in May 2005. Dr. Tipton is a clinical professor in the Department of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery at the UCSF School of Medicine. He earned his MD and an MS in Pharmacology at UCSF, where he also completed his residency in otolaryngology. Dr. Tipton was chief of staff at Ralph K. Davies Medical Center from 1982-1984 and chief of staff at St. Luke's Hospital from 2002-2004.

John Pierce, M.D., Medical Director and Board Member, is a founding member of the medical group. Dr. Pierce completed his undergraduate studies at Bowdoin College, before earning his MD in 1974 at Tufts School of Medicine in Boston. He completed his residency training at the U.S. Public Health Service in San Francisco. Dr. Pierce has been in private practice in San Francisco since 1982 and is presently on the medical staff at Seton Medical Center and St. Luke's Hospital.

Ed Molino, Vice President, Operations, joined Physicians Integrated Medical Group in 1999. Over seventeen years of managed care experience, Dr. Molino has held medical management positions with corporate health plans, medical groups and IPAs, as well as health clinics. He is a graduate of the University of Panama School of Medicine and San Francisco City College.

Alaina Floyd, Director, of Contracting and Provider Relations, joined Physicians Integrated Medical Group in January 2001 as Manager of Contracting and Provider Relations. Ms. Floyd has worked in the health care industry for over 15 years, beginning with Blue Cross of California and later with Brown & Toland Medical Group. She has also served with several IPAs, MSOs and other health plans in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her current responsibilities include contract negotiations, business development and business operations.

De Ana Anderson, Director, Claims & Audit Compliance, has been with Physicians Integrated Medical Group since September 2001. Ms. Anderson has over eighteen years experience in the insurance industry, including medical insurance, and has worked for Northwestern National Life Insurance, Hill Physicians Medical Group, and Health Net, Inc. She has substantial experience in establishing and managing compliance standards with the California Department of Managed Health Care, Medicare, HMOs, and IPAs, in addition to her extensive proficiency in financial monitoring, reporting systems, and claims auditing relating to medical groups.
